Our team

 Hive Education Group was founded by Rob Leitch. Rob is a local teacher, school leader, governor, and qualified SENDCo, who has four young children himself. He is also a big West Ham fan so understands the importance of building resilience and character into education!

Kate is an experienced school leader and teacher, with experience in both mainstream and SEND schools in the local area. Within Hive, Kate leads our secondary school provisions, including holiday camps, to support successful transition and induction for pupils. 

By coincidence, Kate is also a big West Ham fan! 

Lucy is an experienced primary school teacher, and highly successful 11+ tutor. Lucy leads on our primary activities, including our 11+ weekly tuition, Easter School and summer mocks. 

Alas, Lucy supports Arsenal!
